WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AS A SENIOR ADOPS SPECIALIST?
We are looking for an experienced Senior AdOperations Specialist to become the technical and analytical heart of our dynamically growing Retail Media team.
Operations team is the technical and analytical center that drives campaign success. You will become a key strategic partner for our Sales & Account Management team.
Your mission will be the flawless execution of campaigns, proactive optimization, and translating raw data into deep insights and recommendations that empower Valiuz to deliver business results for our clients.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
1. Campaign Management & Trafficking
- Full responsibility for the technical execution of retail media campaigns.
- Implementing, testing, and launching campaigns.
- Managing ad inventory to allow smooth booking and delivery of campaigns.
- Managing all technical aspects of creatives / ads trafficking.
- Ensuring 100% compliance of the setup with the Insertion Order (IO) and technical specifications.
2. Monitoring, Optimization & Troubleshooting
- Proactive monitoring of all active campaigns for delivery (pacing) and performance against key KPIs (RoAS, CTR, Viewability, Reach).
- Identifying optimization opportunities (e.g., A/B testing creatives, changes in targeting, product recommendations) and actively proposing them to the Sales team.
- Serving as the first line of technical support: debugging issues related to delivery, ad rendering and other delivery related problems.
- Working closely with central technical teams to resolve complex system-level bugs.
3. Reporting, Analysis and Consulting
- Preparing recurring (mid-campaign) reports and comprehensive post-buy reports.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and extract actionable insights ("What worked? What didn't? Why?").
- Creating and delivering concrete, data-driven recommendations for the Sales team to use in client conversations, aimed at generating the most value possible for the clients.
- Preparing strategic media and creative recommendations and inspiring out of the box advertising solutions able to be delivered within retailer’s environment.
- Leveraging internal tools and retailer data to enrich reports with deeper context.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Your profile will be a perfect match for our environment if you recognize yourself in the following:
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills (critical for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with internal partners (the Sales team).
- Proactive, problem solving and independent thinking attitude is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Campaign Management (account management, ad trafficking) on the agency, publisher, client or ad-tech side
- Direct experience with ad servers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Allegro Ads, Amazon Ads, Campaign Manager 360, Ad Manager 360, Adform, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills. You must see trends within data, and be able to translate them into simple, business-oriented insights.
- A natural talent for troubleshooting - you can independently diagnose technical problems and find solutions.
- Fluency in Polish and ability to communicate in English smoothly (essential for cooperation with central teams).
We also value profiles with these additional skills:
- Experience in the Retail Media or e-commerce space.
- Familiarity with CRM and workflow management tools like Salesforce, Jira, Monday
- Experience working with sales data and web analytics tools.
