WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AS AN ADOPS SPECIALIST?
Specializing in implementing data-driven business models, the team's mission is to propose advertising activation products and services, as well as a Data Insight offering for advertisers.
In a fast-growing environment, and as an expert in Ad Operations, you will carry out the following tasks:
Participate in brief responses by recommending media plans in line with advertisers' objectives
Support in the setup of Retail Media campaigns across different channels (onsite, offsite, CRM, DOOH, etc)
Ensure the online launch of advertising campaigns on media buying tools (Social Platform, DSP, Programmatic Curation Platform)
Support in the monitoring and optimization of retail media campaigns (Digital & Instore) according to defined KPIs
Support with reporting and coordination with the customer and Valiuz Sales teams
Support in solving technical problems that may affect our campaigns.
Produce and deliver media campaign reports, in liaison with the Business Analysis teams
Collaborate with the rest of the teams to get the most out of the campaigns. E-commerce, tech, Marketplace, Traffic…etc
Help manage the financial flows of campaigns (IO, Billing).
Support in the communication with our clients for recommendations/questions and presentation of campaign results.
Keep abreast of new technologies and be up to date with the latest developments in our business.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking an experienced profile in Ad Operations with a real interest in the advertising and media area.
Your profile will be a perfect match for our environment if you recognize yourself in the following:
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, particularly as a Programmatic Trader or Campaign Manager.
You are used to handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
You have a strong team spirit and enjoy team challenges in a fast-growing environment.
You have a strong analytical capacity and the ability to be proactive with clients and internal team members at all times.
You have solid knowledge of the following technologies/tools: MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel. You have the willingness to learn new technology systems.
Your sensitivity to media, monetization, and advertising issues enables you to develop a qualitative approach to customer relations.
Your written and verbal English communication skills are excellent.
