👨🏻💻 Main responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients among Leroy Merlin’s suppliers and Marketplace sellers, utilizing existing contact lists and market research.
- Collaborate closely with Leroy Merlin’s teams to identify trade opportunities and align media offers with their commercial calendar.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that educate clients on the value and benefits of Retail Media.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that maximize value delivered to our clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Analyze client needs and expected results to prepare adequate media proposals based on the Valiuz product catalog.
- Develop case studies based on successful campaigns to help convince new advertisers.
- Review post-campaign reports (provided by the Ops team) to extract business insights, present them to the client and identify up-selling opportunities.
- Propose optimized media plans for future campaigns or "always-on" strategies.

- Brief the AdOperations team in a standardized and organized way to ensure they have everything needed to execute the campaign flawlessly.
- Document sales progress and manage the pipeline.
- Help to develop procedures and tools in order to optimise the workflow.

🔎 Main skills you need to have to be efficient on this role
You have the ability to handle complex relationships (Client, Retailer/Buyer, Agency)
You are proactive, rigorous, self-confident, and persuasive. You have a strong understanding of the "Consultative Selling" approach.
You have a deep understanding of marketing goals, the digital media landscape, digital ad formats, and various media strategies.
You are fluent in Italian and have professional proficiency in English (essential for collaborating with HQ and international teams).
